KM will give you the knowledge and ability to forever change your muscles and the shape of your body.

You're an intelligent person

I'd like to introduce you to The Kinelogica Method (KM), an intelligent fitness system that expands on mind + body connectivity during a workout. You no longer have to wonder how your body is working in an exercise, we explain it - simply + easily!

KM was developed with your safety in mind. Take it from me, I've sustained many injuries blindly following the instructions of many mis-informed instructors. My philosophy is that if it's not true everywhere, then you shouldn't be doing it!

Your body is smarter than you know

KM taps into the intelligence of your body, helping to form new physical habits through muscle-memory conditioning. Our proprietary techniques help engage your muscles in a neurological manner that increases the rate at which your body morphs + re-aligns.

Join the INTELLECTUAL BODY MOVEMENT, and obtain a body that is just as smart as you are!

MEET THE FOUNDER

The Kinelogica® Method was developed by Claire Hung, a former Architect & Interior Designer with a penchant for athletics and dance.

BACKGROUND

Having always been athletic both competitively and recreationally, Claire knew what it meant to have a strong physique that could be pushed to perform at it's peak. Through her experiences in swimming, volleyball, softball, running, cycling, dancing, martial arts, yoga, Pilates & barre, Claire was able to develop a universal method, that holds true no matter what type of movement you perform.

Her studies in Physics & Architectural Structures combined with her knowledge of Anatomy & Biomechanics, amassed into a hyper-intelligent method that brings students and teachers a simplified way of understanding Kinesiology, the study of human movement.

INSPIRATION

After years of trying almost every method out there, getting injured and having to spend even more time and money figuring out why, Claire delved deeply into her studies of the human body, physical therapy resources and structural integration to uncover the connection between her architectural studies and the human body. There she began to see that her body was itself a piece of architecture, that could be renovated and changed to suit one's needs.

The struggle she once had with her weight, body image and shape seemed to disappear as she began to notice that there were simple ways to how we use our muscles that could shift the shapes of our body.
